Neha is an award-winning music supervisor, accomplished musician, and skilled meditation teacher, dedicated to crafting and curating transformative sonic experiences. After moving from Australasia to NYC in 2010 to study jazz voice and piano, she immersed herself in Brooklyn's vibrant underground electronic music scene. This environment sparked her exploration of the intricate connections between space, culture, emotion, embodiment, and sound, enriching both her artistic and spiritual practices.

As a Music Supervisor, Neha has developed original music, managed licensing and creative curation, and crafted strategies for brands like Apple, Google, Netflix, Meta, Equinox, and Nike, contributing to multiple award-winning campaigns, including Super Bowl spots.

As a meditation teacher, somatic practitioner, and audio artist, Neha integrates mindfulness, sound, and somatics to support nervous system regulation, trauma resolution, and creative expansion. Through a trauma-informed, neuroscience-backed approach, she helps individuals break free from burnout and stagnation, restoring coherence between mind, body, and intuition—and ultimately reclaiming their vitality, creativity, and joy.
