CREATIVE
Neha is an award-winning music supervisor, accomplished musician, and trauma-informed meditation teacher, dedicated to crafting and curating transformative, embodied experiences. Born in India and raised between continents, Neha’s creative lens is shaped by a diasporic sensitivity and a deep curiosity about the relationship between sound, culture, and embodiment. After moving from Australasia to NYC in 2010 to study jazz voice and piano, she immersed herself in Brooklyn's vibrant underground electronic music scene. This environment continued to fuel her exploration of the intricate connections between space, culture, emotion, embodiment, and sound, enriching both her artistic and spiritual practices.
As a Music Supervisor, Neha has developed original music, managed licensing and creative curation, and crafted strategies for brands like Apple, Google, Netflix, Meta, and Nike, contributing to multiple award-winning campaigns.
CARE WORK
What if the very challenges that unsettle us could open unexpected doorways? Neha supports people navigating polarization, overwhelm, and disconnection. She provides a spacious container where the turbulence of our time can be met with presence, inner resource, and curiosity.
Together, she and her clients explore what might arise when we stay open to life’s difficulties—often revealing new pathways into resilience, deeper connection, and a renewed relationship with one’s inner strength and belonging, no matter what is unfolding externally.
Her work weaves meditation, somatic inquiry, and systemic healing from her training in Focalizing, Family Constellations, and Zen Master Thích Nhất Hạnh’s Plum Village tradition. Additionally, she offers select openings for BIPOC community members and activists in need of resourcing.
